The LED of my Smart Connector is flashing blue and the app says it is not connected to the internet. What can I do?

If your Smart Connector is flashing blue, it is currently in Bluetooth mode.

Launch the Smart Connector app, go to Settings and click the button "+ Add a Smart Connector".

This will start the setup process, which allows you to connect the Smart Connector to your WLAN.


The SSID of my Wi-Fi network has changed. How can I connect my Smart Connector to a new WLAN?

Press and hold the button on the Smart Connector for at least 10 seconds. Your Smart Connector will reboot and start flashing blue.

Launch the Smart Connector app, go to Settings and click the button "+ Add a Smart Connector".

This will start the setup process, which allows you to connect the Smart Connector to your WLAN.


My Smart Connector isn't found during the setup process. What can I do?

Disconnect your Smart Connector from the power supply (remove the power supply cord).

Wait for 20 seconds and close the Smart Connector app.

Launch the Smart Connector app, go to Settings and click the button "+ Add a Smart Connector" and go through the setup process again.


My Smart Connector has a high latency time when switching. Is this normal?

Yes, the Smart Connector reduces its energy consumption whenever possible. This means that it connects to the internet in regular intervals, which leads to higher latency when switching.


Do I need to own a Smart Connector to create an account?

No, you can create an account even if you do not own a Smart Connector.


Does the Smart Connector cache measurements on the device, if it is not connected to the cloud?

Yes, the Smart Connector stores up to 200 measurements locally. After the Smart Connector reconnects to the cloud, it will transfer the cached measurements to the cloud.


How can I get support if I experience technical difficulties?

You can get support by using our support form.


Can the Smart Ecosystem be integrated into other Smart Home Systems such as Google Home or Alexa?

No, this is currently not implemented.

You may use the Smart API to integrate the Smart Ecosystem with third-party Smart Home Systems.


Can I export my energy measurement data?

Yes, you can export your energy measurement data as a CSV file in the Dashboard or by using the Smart API.


Can I use the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection of my Smart Connector at the same time?

No, the Smart Connector is either in Bluetooth or Wi-Fi mode.


Does the Smart Connector support 16A nominal currents?

No, please check the data sheet for your Smart Connector for detailed information.


Where is the data stored?

The data is stored on servers in European Union.
