As Production Engineer, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of our plant. You work closely with the Operations Manager and you are in regular exchange with the Production Engineering of our sister company in Germany.
Your goal? To realise smarter working methods, innovative automations and an even more efficient production process.

• We are looking for someone who:
  Analytically strong and results-oriented, with an HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration

• Has experience with process optimisation, working methods and automation

• Is proactive and knows how to motivate colleagues

• Has a keen eye for quality, efficiency and innovation

• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written

What are you going to do?

• Optimise production processes and working methods

• Support in outsourcing projects

• Advise on investments and implement new production tools

• Redesign and improve existing and new product groups and processes

• Implement and actively initiate alternative materials and new technologies

• Supporting proto-series and product design

• Draft and manage process work instructions and Process FMEAs

• Perform data analysis to improve quality, lead time and yield

• Coordinate and supervise release processes for new materials and products

• Managing and optimising maintenance of machines and tools

• Coordinate own work and supervise part-time workers/students.

We offer you a one-year contract for this challenging job with the intention of converting to permanent employment after one year.
