• Manage post-launch product lifecycle, updates, and improvements

• Ensure product performance aligns with customer and market needs

• Collaborate with R&D on continuous improvements and design enhancements

• Lead cost reduction, capacity planning, and quality initiatives with Global PM and Operations teams

• Collaborate with Sales to understand market/customer needs, technologies, and competitors

• Develop product line strategies with Global PM

• Act as the key contact for Sales and Field Application Engineers on technical and commercial matters

• Provide training and second-level technical support

• Communicate product changes and updates to stakeholders and support the creation of data sheets, brochures, and digital marketing materials

• Engage with customers on specs and technical requirements to guide new product development or improvements

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, with additional training in Business Administration or Product Management/Marketing

• Several years of experience in strategic Product Management and Marketing of electronic products/components

• Strong networker with excellent interpersonal skills, able to confidently communicate with market organizations and customers

• High commitment, ambition, and a results-driven work style with quick task comprehension

• Fluent in English and German, based in Central Europe
